2011 Bulgarian Diocesan Convention Lodging
Convention lodging will be at the lovely Doubletree Guest Suites, 400 Soldiers Field Road in Boston, MA. The rooms are all suites (one private bedroom plus a living room with a pull-out queen bed). This opens the possibility of having friends or family members share the suite. Convention room rates will be available Tuesday through Sunday nights (July 12-17). In order to waive the function room rental fees for the convention meetings, we have reserved a block of guest rooms with the expectation that all attendees will stay at the hotel.
Hotel room reservations are now open and will be handled directly by the hotel. Please note, THE DEADLINE FOR HOTEL RESERVATIONS HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO NO LATER THAN MONDAY, JUNE 20, 2011 TO ENSURE THE CONVENTION RATE. Youth attending the “My Life in Christ” Conference do not need to reserve hotel rooms, as they will be staying at Friendly Crossways Retreat Center in Harvard, MA.
